About the Role

The Product Content & Investment Writer will support the development of investment-related content, product materials, thought leadership, and sales and marketing communications.

The individual will work closely with portfolio managers, investment professionals, portfolio analytics, and marketing to understand investment strategies and translate complex financial concepts, portfolio data, and market developments into clear and compelling content.

The role combines investment knowledge, research, writing, and storytelling and is well suited for someone who enjoys digging into financial markets and investment data and turning that information into polished, client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and edit investment and product-related content, including white papers, articles, market commentary, investment strategy materials, product content, presentations, and sales support materials
• Partner with portfolio managers, investment professionals, portfolio analytics, and marketing teams to develop accurate and differentiated investment messaging
• Research market developments, investment themes, sectors, portfolio companies, strategy performance, and broader economic trends
• Analyze and synthesize portfolio and market data to help develop compelling investment narratives
• Translate complex investment concepts and quantitative information into clear, concise, client-friendly content
• Support the development of product positioning and messaging across investment strategies
• Assist with thought leadership initiatives and identify timely topics relevant to clients and the broader investment community
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and adherence to the firm's messaging and brand standards
• Monitor competitor and industry content to identify emerging themes and opportunities
• Manage multiple content projects and recurring deliverables across the marketing and investment teams

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience in asset management, investment management, xevrcyc financial writing, investment research, product marketing, investment communications, journalism, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, English, History, Communications, or a related discipline
• Strong writing, editing, research, and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in investing, financial markets, and asset management
• Ability to understand financial and investment concepts and communicate them effectively to different audiences
• Comfortable working with investment data, performance information, market research, and portfolio-related materials
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable working directly with investment and marketing professionals
