So, What Does the Role Actually Involve?

A big part of your day will be spent interacting with people. You'll introduce customers to current client campaigns, explain products or promotions, answer questions, build interest, and contribute toward individual and team goals.

You'll also learn how campaigns are executed, how customer feedback influences results, and what goes into creating a strong customer experience.

You Don't Need the "Perfect" Background

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sales, or marketing can transfer well, but we're not looking for one specific resume.
