We're Adsurdly, a marketing agency working with some of the largest law firms in the country. We specialize in generating cases for our clients through paid media, SEO, and other marketing channels.
We're a team based in Annapolis, MD, and we're looking for an experienced YouTube Media Buyer to join us.
We work hard, move fast, and have a lot of fun doing it. We're a pretty tight-knit team, and we want someone who's excited to come into the office, throw ideas around, test things, and help us get better.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who really knows YouTube Ads.
Not someone who has launched a few YouTube campaigns as part of a larger Google Ads account. We want someone who understands how to build, test, optimize, and scale YouTube campaigns and knows how much creative impacts performance.
You'll work closely with our media buying and creative teams to test new hooks, angles, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
We want someone who can look at an account, figure out what's working and what isn't, and come up with a plan for what to test next.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're also looking for someone who takes ownership.
If something isn't working, you don't wait for someone else to point it out. You dig into the numbers, figure out what might be happening, and come back with ideas to fix it.
And when something is working, you know how to build on it.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You know your campaigns inside and out.
You know what's performing, what's struggling, what we're testing, and what we should try next.
You work closely with our creative team instead of treating creative as something that just gets handed to you.
You're constantly testing and learning, but you're not testing things just for the sake of testing. There should be a reason behind what you're doing.
Over time, we'd like this person to take real ownership of YouTube at Adsurdly and help us continue building out the channel.
WORKING AT ADSURDLY
We're serious about growing the company, but we're not trying to build a boring corporate office.
We like working with smart people who are good at what they do, can take a joke, bring ideas to the table, and don't need to be micromanaged.
You'll be working in person with our team in Washington, DC, which means more collaboration, faster feedback, and plenty of conversations that start with, "What if we tried this?"
What we offer:
We don't expect you to know everything. xevrcyc
But we do expect you to know YouTube Ads, care about getting better, and be willing to take ownership of your work.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
