What You Will Be Doing as the Finance Manager:

• Lead forecasting and top-line revenue analysis for multiple business units
• Build and maintain detailed monthly forecasts and annual budgets with full P and L ownership
• Provide financial insights to business unit leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Develop and evaluate profitability models, investment ROI, capital expenditures, and working capital forecasts
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, IT, purchasing, and field accounting teams
• Drive process improvements and standardized reporting across complex business environments
• Support the month-end close process and collaborate with corporate accounting on financial accuracy
• Take ownership of the P&L
• Take ownership xevrcyc of ad hoc analyses, competitive risk reviews, and market trend evaluations

About You as the Finance Manager:

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, with 2 years in leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Experience interfacing with C-Level executives
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Distribution or foodservice industry experience is a strong plus
• Public company experience preferred
• Comfortable working onsite in Denver in a hybrid model
