About the Role

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including clinical outcomes, financial performance, census development, regulatory compliance, staffing, culture, and resident satisfaction. We are looking for a leader who is present, accountable, relationship-driven, and excited to help grow a high-performing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility


• Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture


• Partner closely with nursing, therapy, admissions, business office, and department leaders


• Drive census growth, skilled mix, and strong referral relationships


• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations


• Lead survey readiness and quality improvement efforts


• Oversee financial performance, labor management, and operational metrics


• Recruit, develop, and retain strong department leaders


• Ensure excellent resident care, family communication, and customer service


• Represent the facility and company professionally in the local healthcare market

Qualifications

• Active Montana Nursing Home Administrator license required


• Skilled nursing facility leadership experience preferred


• Strong understanding of SNF operations, survey process, Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and managed care


• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance


• Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners
