Job Description
A leading home health organization in Redding, California is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join its growing team!
Pay: $44.00 - $66.00/hourly
Home Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

  • Part-time, permanent, direct-hire position

  • Flexible two-day-per-week schedule

Home Health Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve performance of daily living tasks

  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety strategies

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Document visits and collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health team

Home Health Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license required

  • Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required

  • Current BLS/CPR certification required

  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle required
