Overview

In this role you will drive performance for the Vaccines Business Unit by delivering analytics that guide commercial decisions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, measure pilots and campaigns, and support targeting and resource allocation through advanced analytics. Your work will connect data insights to business actions, influencing marketing and sales strategies at a national level. This is a chance to shape vaccine commercial analytics within a large, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance using marketing analytics and communicate insights to influence decisions
• Collaborate with CI, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, and related teams across the enterprise
• Lead Marketing Analytics for U.S. Pharma Commercial Insights including marketing mix modeling/ROI, campaign performance, targeting/segmentation, and resource allocation
• Create succinct storyboards to communicate data learnings that influence business decisions
• Advance analytics through predictive modeling, ML/AI, and automation; partner with Commercial Data Strategy to ensure trusted data for analytics
• Utilize SQL, Python or R to perform analyses on Promotion Impact, Customer Segmentation, Targeting, and Driver analysis

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Finance/Economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharma commercial analytics or related top-tier roles
• 3+ years experience with marketing mix modeling, test vs. control, segmentation and clustering, and promotional response
• Strong experience handling large secondary datasets and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python, R, and visualization tools as well as PowerBI
• Strong business acumen, analytical/problem-solving skills, and executive communication/storytelling abilities
