Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow new and existing business client relationships
• Provide financial expertise and client-centric solutions to meet client goals
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Serve as primary advisor for business clients and cross-functionally coordinate with colleagues

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting (preferred)
• Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Business acumen with knowledge of diverse business types, industries, and markets
