Job Title: Financial Services / Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

The client is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and experience performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
• Review, validate, and update financial information in internal systems.
• Support daily accounting and financial services operations.
• Process and maintain financial documents, records, and transactions.
• Reconcile and verify data to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Perform research and follow established financial and accounting procedures.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and other administrative activities related to financial operations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data or transaction-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial services and/or accounting.
• Hands-on experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
