This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to gain practical business experience and develop skills in marketing, sales, customer engagement, event management, and leadership.

Our training program is designed to give you hands-on experience while preparing you to take on greater responsibilities within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in hands-on training across marketing, sales, events, and customer engagement


• Represent established brands through promotional campaigns and live events


• Engage directly with customers and build strong professional relationships


• Assist with marketing campaigns, brand activations, and outreach initiatives


• Learn how to communicate campaign strategies and product information effectively


• Support daily team operations and campaign coordination


• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to management


• Work alongside experienced team members and learn leadership skills


• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience develop
