Business Application Analyst

Wants/must-haves: (These are their must-haves)

• Relevant Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, enterprise applications, IT systems, or a combination of application and end-user support.


• Business Application / ERP Experience: Hands-on experience supporting or administering an ERP, CRM, order-management system, e-commerce platform, WMS, or other business-critical application.


• Application Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and problem-isolation skills, including determining whether issues involve the user, data, permissions, configuration, application, integration, or another connected system.


• Cross-Functional Business Support: Experience supporting technology used by departmeBusinesnts outside of IT, such as Customer Service, Accounting/Finance, Operations, Distribution, or Sales.


• Application Administration: Experience supporting user accounts, permissions, access, application configuration, and routine application administration.


• Vendor / MSP Coordination: Experience working with software vendors, MSPs, or external technical partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


• End-User / Onsite IT Support: Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, workplace hardware/software, user accounts, permissions, identity/access management, and general IT support practices.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing, medical device, life sciences, dental, distribution, consumer products, or another physical-product environment with order-to-cash workflows.


• ERP-Connected Systems: Experience supporting ERP-connected e-commerce, warehouse/distribution, shipping, or financial applications.


• Automation / Emerging Technology: Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow automation, scripting, or AI tools used to improve IT support, troubleshooting, documentation, or productivity.
