About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly respected, established organization within the professional services and insurance industry to identify an experienced Graphic Designer / Visual Communications Specialist to join its collaborative Events & Communications team.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a polished, creative design professional who excels at transforming complex business information into sophisticated, executive-level PowerPoint presentations and compelling branded communications.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of corporate graphic design expertise, exceptional PowerPoint capabilities, visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Please Note: This position requires demonstrated experience developing high-quality corporate presentations and professional communications. We are seeking candidates who can independently conceptualize, design, and elevate presentations—not simply format existing slides.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Presentation Design: Develop sophisticated, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, national conferences, professional events, and organizational initiatives.
• Visual Storytelling: Transform complex business concepts, technical information, and content-heavy materials into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations.
• Corporate Graphic Design & Branding: Create polished digital and print communications while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual standards.
• Digital Communications: Design newsletters, publications, email campaigns, website graphics, and other branded communications.
• Event & Marketing Materials: Develop professional visual assets for conferences, presentations, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership, communications professionals, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into sophisticated visual solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency is essential, including advanced presentation development, slide design, visual storytelling, animations, transitions, and sophisticated layouts.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations, corporate communications, and branded materials for leadership, clients, or professional conferences.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and design consistency.
• Ability to independently translate complex information into clear, polished, visually impactful communications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Background in professional services, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or a similarly sophisticated corporate environment.
• Experience designing digital publications, newsletters, marketing communications, and event materials.
• Familiarity with website design, UX/UI principles, and digital communications platforms.
