Marketing Manager

What the job looks like

- Plan and run regional marketing for a provider group, clinical research network or health tech company

- Drive patient or study-participant enrollment through paid search, paid social, email and local events

- Build referral-source and community outreach with the people on the ground

- Get materials through compliance and medical-legal review without losing a month

- Manage the campaign budget and report results to leadership

- Work with clinical operations on what the sites can actually handle

What I'm looking for

- 4+ years marketing in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research or health tech

- Proof you've worked inside compliance review (HIPAA, promotional review)

- Google Ads or Meta campaign experience, plus a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)

- Willingness to visit sites and be in the office

- Based in the Triangle or ready to move

Nice to have

- Participant recruitment or physician liaison marketing

- Bilingual English and Spanish
