Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent injured workers in workers' compensation cases, ensuring they receive the appropriate benefits according to state and federal laws. This position requires analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in workers’ compensation claims.
• Prepare and submit legal documents, including appeals and settlements.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with employers, insurers, and other involved parties.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support clients' cases.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they understand the legal process.
• Adhere to deadlines and regulations established in workers' compensation legislation.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Skills: Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication skills. Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently and professionally.
• Language: English or Spanish (prefered)
