Scope of Project

The Senior Project Manager will manage complex consulting engagements from initiation through implementation while ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, budget, governance, and stakeholder expectations are successfully achieved.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules.


• Facilitate project governance activities.


• Manage project teams and vendors.


• Monitor project risks and issues.


• Coordinate stakeholder communications.


• Prepare executive status reports.


• Ensure successful project delivery.


• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.


• Support organizational and technology transformation projects.


• Provide project oversight and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years Project Management experience.


• Experience managing complex consulting engagements.


• Experience developing project plans and schedules.


• Project governance and stakeholder management experience.


• Experience managing project teams and vendors.


• PMP Certification preferred.


• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.


• Public-sector project experience preferred.


• Microsoft Project or similar PM tools experience preferred.
