We are a real estate investment company with 80+ properties in Pennsylvania, expanding into new residential construction.

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us build and lead our new construction division.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of verifiable new construction experience
• Strong residential construction knowledge
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Established network of reliable subcontractors and trades
• Ability to build and manage construction teams
• Knowledge of budgets, schedules, permits, and inspections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• College degree is not required
• GC / Project Management experience is a plus
