Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a polished, client-focused sales professional with a strong passion for fashion, luxury products, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly, seasonal, and store sales goals.


• Drive key performance indicators through outstanding customer service and high-quality sales interactions.


• Develop deep knowledge of merchandise, product features, and current collections.


• Identify new sales opportunities through events, activations, fashion partnerships, stylists, and community networking.


• Maintain compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures.


• Stay informed on fashion industry developments, luxury market trends, and client preferences.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver personalized, memorable service that exceeds client expectations.


• Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship development.


• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in CRM tools.


• Maintain an organized client book and regularly contact clients regarding sales, requests, and relevant product opportunities.


• Provide knowledgeable guidance on fashion trends, luxury products, and styling recommendations.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, elevated client experience.

Operations

• Support store leadership with staff training related to selling standards and role responsibilities.


• Execute register functions accurately and in accordance with company procedures.


• Assist with annual inventory and monthly cycle-count requirements.


• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and understock areas.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and aligned with current visual merchandising standards.


• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly to store leadership.


• Communicate inventory needs to support sales and client demand.

Professional Standards

• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with luxury retail presentation standards.


• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.


• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.


• At least 2 years of retail experience; luxury fashion experience is preferred.


• Experience with international or premium brands is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.


• Passion for luxury fashion, clienteling, sales, and exceptional customer service.
