The Role:

The Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for youth-focused clinical services. This role supports therapists and case managers, ensures high-quality care for youth and families, and contributes to program development and growth.

This position includes supervisory responsibilities and a small caseload (8–10 client sessions per week).

What You'll Do:

• Lead and expand youth and family-focused clinical programs


• Supervise and mentor therapists and case managers


• Develop innovative group programming and services


• Use data and outcomes to improve quality and impact


• Build strong partnerships within the community


• Provide direct therapy (8–10 sessions weekly)


• Perform other related duties as assigned

· Leadership and supervisory experience (or readiness to step into it)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related mental health field


• Clinical licensure required (LCSW, LCPC)


• 2-3 years supervisory/management experience required


• Ability to work with diverse clients


• Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, one evening required from 10 AM-6 PM
