Full Stack Engineer

Savage Innovations is looking for a local mid-level full stack engineer who is ready to take on more. You'll ship full features from requirements to production across multiple client projects, use AI tooling to work like an elite developer, and grow into a technical leader.

About Savage Innovations

Savage Innovations is a Cleveland software development agency founded in 2017. We build custom software, AI solutions and digital products for mid-sized B2B companies, in automotive, financial services, GIS and manufacturing. These are systems our clients run their business on every day: pricing platforms, customer portals, mobile apps and integrations.

We also build our own products. Our AI platform, BoundaryLogic Trace, is used by title companies, law firms, surveyors and government teams.

We believe a small, elite team can outperform large bureaucratic organizations. We value delivery and innovation over internal politics. We run lean, move fast and expect ownership.

What you'll do

• Ship full stack features across multiple client projects at once


• Own each feature from requirements to release


• Build .NET Core APIs, React (TypeScript) front ends and SQL Server databases


• Deploy on Azure with GitHub CI/CD


• Work directly with client executives, CIOs and the people who use what you build


• Use AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor every day to ship faster and raise code quality


• Contribute to the architecture of our AI platform

What you bring

• 3 to 6+ years of full stack development


• .NET Core/C#, React (TypeScript preferred), SQL Server, GitHub and Azure


• Agency or fast-paced client services experience across multiple projects


• Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI tools


• Confidence with senior leadership and non-technical users alike


• A bias toward action and an ownership mindset
