Field Superintendent

About the Role

Florida Construction Services (FCS) is hiring a Field Superintendent to run daily operations on active commercial TI job sites across South Florida. You'll own safety, quality control, and site management, working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Run daily safety briefings and JHAs; own PPE compliance and sign-in/sign-out

• Conduct internal QC walks before every municipal inspection

• Document existing and differing site conditions

• Secure the site at end of day and manage occupied-center coordination

• Assign and manage self-performed trade crews

What We're Looking For

• Construction field supervisory experience, ideally in commercial TI or retail/restaurant build-outs

• OSHA 10 certification, minimum (OSHA 30 preferred)

• Strong daily documentation habits — photos, logs, inspection records

• Reliable transportation between multiple active job sites

Nice to Have

• Franchise tenant improvement experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — useful for South Florida's subcontractor workforce

Pay & Schedule

Full-time, local position covering job sites across South Florida. Compensation to be discussed during the interview process.
