People Experience Business Consultant (NV)

In this role you will serve as a trusted HR advisor, shaping employee experience and culture across Las Vegas teams. You partner with business leaders and People Team COEs to implement HR strategies, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvements in people practices. You'll blend HR analytics, policy guidance, and employee relations to support a best-in-class lifecycle experience. • Advise business leadership on complex HR policies and practices, interpreting guidelines to enable informed actions across multiple sites
• Act as trusted consultant to frontline leaders, promoting adoption of best practices and independent judgment
• Identify employee experience risks and opportunities, proactively developing strategic solutions
• Lead culture and engagement strategies for assigned populations using analytics and business context
• Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle and suggest improvements to enhance experience
• Provide coaching and performance support on complex issues using HR best practices
• Perform data-driven analysis to diagnose challenges like retention risk and engagement drivers
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with COEs, Finance, Legal, IT to deliver integrated people solutions
• Contribute to enterprise or segment-level people strategy design and execution

• 5+ years of HR or related experience with analytics, reporting, and employee relations
• Experience with HR case handling and employee relations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
