Overview

In this role you will support Tire Rack's BI efforts by turning data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Analyze moderately complex data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to interpret data
• Use SQL and other tools to retrieve, assess, and troubleshoot data
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support business processes and profitability
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Verify data accuracy and integrity across dashboards and reports
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
• Perform other duties to support daily operations

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a business analyst, BI, or related analytical role with focus on data visualization
• Proficiency with Tableau and dashboard development
• Intermediate SQL proficiency with ability to write and troubleshoot queries
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills for analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and insight translation abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
