Skilled Trades Recruiter

Are you someone who enjoys working with people and has experience in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, welding, HVAC, electrical, machining, or another skilled trade? We're looking for an Entry-Level Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our growing team.

No recruiting experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. A background in the trades is a huge plus because you'll be connecting with skilled professionals and understanding the jobs they do every day.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview candidates for skilled trades and industrial positions


• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, and community networking


• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews


• Build relationships with job seekers and clients


• Match candidates with available job opportunities


• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activities in our system


• Assist with onboarding and new hire processes


• Support business growth by helping clients find top talent

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Background in manufacturing, construction, skilled trades, industrial environments, or customer service preferred


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Comfortable using computers and learning new software


• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
