Mechanical Project Executive - Tampa, FL

Position Summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple commercial mechanical construction projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000. This role oversees project performance from a portfolio perspective, partnering with clients and project teams to deliver exceptional results while driving safety, operational excellence, and financial success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience guiding complex projects, supporting the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of high-value mechanical projects, from Preconstruction and Building Information Modeling coordination through final commissioning.


• Manage Profit and Loss for a diverse project portfolio, ensuring all projects meet or exceed established gross profit margins.


• Serve as the primary executive contact for General Contractors and Owners, fostering long-term partnerships.


• Implement rigorous Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning installation quality control measures.
