Worked in a restaurant, a retail store or on a sports team? Then you already have the core skills for this role.

Water-City Blaze is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to join its face-to-face team in Tampa. You’ll talk with customers at sports arenas, entertainment venues, big box retail stores and travel hubs across Tampa Bay. You’ll introduce them to client products, services and exclusive offers, and sign up new customers. It’s a lively, high-energy team where no two days are the same.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Full, structured training is provided, and the team includes business graduates, former college athletes, career changers and career starters. That makes this a great opportunity for anyone motivated to learn, build confidence and grow a career in sales.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with customers in person in busy public spaces across Tampa Bay


• Promote client products, services and exclusive offers


• Answer customer questions on the spot and help them sign up


• Generate new leads for the brands you represent


• Build brand awareness through every conversation


• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service


• Work toward individual and team sales targets

What Water-City Blaze Is Looking For

• Enjoys working as part of a team


• Authorized to work in the US


• Experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, team sports or volunteering is helpful but not required
