Job Summary

Looking for a hands-on QA/QC Manager to manage product quality for a growing candle manufacturing operation. The role covers raw material inspection, in-process and finished-product inspections, quality documentation, non-conformance management, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years QA/QC experience in manufacturing
• Quality inspection & testing
• Quality documentation / SOPs
• Non-conformance management
• Corrective action / root-cause analysis
• Experience working on a manufacturing production floor
• Ability to build and maintain quality systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Candle, cosmetics, CPG, fragrance, or similar manufacturing
• SMETA / ISO / quality compliance experience
• Customer or third-party audit experience
• Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word, Teams
