Telecommunications BIM Designer : 203046

We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist / Telecommunications BIM Designer to lead the setup, management, and coordination of complex Revit BIM models. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines to translate senior engineering intent into clash-free, constructable 3D models and 2D construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and set up Revit BIM models in alignment with team and client modeling standards.


• Develop fully coordinated 3D models across disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.


• Translate senior engineering intent into constructable, clash-free design deliverables and 2D sheets.


• Estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on technical markups and direction.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Revit BIM design experience along with full proficiency in Navisworks and Bluebeam.


• 4+ years of experience in the telecommunications systems design and construction industry.


• Strong understanding of wiring/cabling connections, circuitry, and design codes/specifications.


• High school graduate or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of Revit MEP design experience.


• Industry experience within semiconductor or advanced facility environments.


• Specialized system knowledge in life safety, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, AV, or paging systems.

• Sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.


• Open to all US candidates. Remote options are available, though proximity to a local office for a hybrid schedule is preferred.

The role can be remote, and candidates do not need to be based in Arizona. Proximity to one of the 3 client offices (Tempe, Pittsburgh, or Portland) is ideal, but not required.
