Talent Acquisition Lead – Sales/GTM (Go To Market)

Downtown New York City **Onsite/5 days a week**

175-200k plus equity

We’re partnering with a founder-led, high-growth, Silicon Valley AI technology company (~150 employees) on a search for a Talent Acquisition Lead who wants to do more than fill open roles - this person will help shape how the company hires.

This is a hands-on senior IC opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-moving, scaling environments and enjoys partnering directly with hiring managers and executives.

What you’ll own:

• Full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) talent


• Proactive sourcing and closing of passive candidates


• Executive and hiring-manager partnership


• Structured, equitable interview processes


• Candidate experience from first conversation through close


• Recruiting strategy, data, tooling, and process improvement


• Mentoring and raising the bar for recruiting excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong tenure in position and track record of promotion


• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment


• Proven success closing top, competitive talent


• Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills


• Experience recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Product or Customer Success in B2B SaaS


• Comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and high expectations
