Our client is an AV-rated, prominent law firm in Tampa, Florida, seeking qualified attorneys for their Labor and Employment Law Team. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law.

What You'll Handle

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Litigating and defending harassment claims


• Enforcing restrictive covenants


• Drafting severance agreements and compensation packages


• General employer-side advising

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law


• Comparable law firm experience


• Excellent academic credentials


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• A strong work ethic

Compensation

• $160,000 to $200,000+, with bonuses
