Business Development Manager IV- #26-25612

Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Hybrid- (2-3 days onsite)
Job Description:

• Execute partnership strategy to address product problems/opportunities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.


• Negotiate long-term and/or test & learn partnerships with strategic partners & guide their implementation.


• Support alignment of partnership solutions across multiple teams, accounting for downstream dependencies and future implications for the product roadmap.


• Analyze markets, targets, trends and synthesize recommendations into actionable plans & strategy.


• Track and report on measurable KPIs for deals in partnership with product, partnerships and finance.


• Coordinate cross-functional working groups to drive decisions related to product partnerships, escalating where senior input is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Drive key partnership initiatives.


• Contribute to strategy and provide analysis and recommendations.

Experience:

• 6 years of experience in tech, business development or a related field.

Skillsets:

• Subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment, and product integrations.


• Knowledge of social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology.


• Experience solving complex problems under tight timelines.


• Skill in communication & consensus-building.


• Experience building & presenting pitch & briefing materials.

Education:

• BS or BA

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working in matrixed organizations in a multi-disciplinary capacity.


• Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the experience learning quickly about new technologies.


• Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.


• MBA or JD preferred.
