Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Fair Haven Senior Living is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care community in Decatur, Illinois. We’re looking for someone who knows skilled nursing, enjoys developing teams, and can balance quality resident care with strong day-to-day operations.

You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team while still having the opportunity to lead, build, and make the community your own.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the community


• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance


• Mentor and support department leaders and staff


• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture


• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational goals


• Maintain strong survey readiness and regulatory standards


• Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners


• Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois LNHA license


• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience


• 3+ years of leadership experience in a SNF/LTC setting


• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey readiness


• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
