An established insurance organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team, providing support across corporate governance, regulatory reporting, and transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior legal leadership and support a variety of corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance activities, including preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate documentation
• Maintain corporate entity records and assist with regulatory filings and reporting requirements
• Assist with corporate agreements, M&A transactions, NDAs, and other transactional documents
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal projects, compliance matters, and broader business initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5+ years of corporate (non-litigation) paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance, and entity management preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented self-starter comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
