We’re hiring: Vice President of Sales & Business Development

iDC Logistics is seeking a results-driven sales executive to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and build strategic customer partnerships across our integrated logistics platform.

This leader will focus on winning new warehousing and contract logistics business while developing customized solutions spanning distribution, fulfillment, inventory management, transportation, drayage, freight forwarding, reverse logistics, and value-added services.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive experience selling complex 3PL and supply chain solutions to customers in consumer retail, consumer electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and import/export markets. This individual will develop strategic growth initiatives, build a high-performing sales pipeline, and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers throughout the supply chain ecosystem

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in 3PL, contract logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, drayage, or supply chain solutions
• A proven record of building multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios and closing complex, solution-based deals
• Strong relationships across warehousing, distribution, retail, consumer goods, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and import/export markets
• Executive-level leadership, negotiation, pipeline development, and strategic account management skills
