A leading Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Commercial Lending Associate to join its Nashville, Tennessee office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate finance and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) lending.

Candidates should have substantial experience representing regional and national financial institutions in secured lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, managing complex financing arrangements, and advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated lending matters within an established national practice, with direct client exposure, mentorship from experienced partners, and clear opportunities for long-term progression.

Strong academic credentials, drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage transactions independently are essential.
