Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC/LCSW) – Flexible Schedule, Supportive Private Practice

Pay: $60-70 per billable hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and couples therapy in a welcoming, calm, and modern office setting (or virtually if requested).


• Build and manage your own caseload with full autonomy over your schedule.


• Develop personalized treatment plans and document sessions using our user-friendly EHR system.


• Collect client paperwork and manage copays or balances with ease.


• Maintain a Psychology Today profile (we’ll guide you if needed).

What You’ll Need

• Current Illinois LCPC/LCSW license (Required)


• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field


• Experience working with children, teens, adults, or couples is a plus


• Familiarity with ICD-10 diagnoses and strong documentation skills


• Private practice experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support our clinicians!
