International Business Development Manager – Freight & Logistics (Remote, USA)

OTE $300K+ | Base + Commission

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
• Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
• Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic, and creativity.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written & spoken).
