Clinical Therapist

Role Description The Clinical Therapist is a full-time, on-site position based in Ellicott City, MD. This role is responsible for delivering individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices in alignment with Glass House’s trauma-informed approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering engaging group content, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members. The Clinical Therapist will provide crisis intervention when needed, support case management activities, collaborate with families and support systems, and participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Maryland.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.


• Advanced familiarity with technology and software


• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries.


• Experience in residential or intensive outpatient treatment settings is beneficial.


• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field preferred.
