Warehouse Operations

Location: Savannah, GA, USA

Key Responsibilities

- Process dropshipping orders and handle related operational tasks.

- Print shipping labels and coordinate order picking, verification, and dispatch.

- Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups to ensure timely shipments.

- Resolve order-related issues and prepare daily operational reports.

- Communicate and coordinate closely with the warehouse floor team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.

Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a must.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with a strong sense of ownership.

- Previous experience working in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse is preferred.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
