Be a part of our growing restaurant group overseeing 7+fast food restaurants to ensure operating procedures are met, and coaching and developing the restaurant managers at each unit.

Essential Job Duties for the Restaurant District Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of 7+ locations.
• Coach and develop Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure that procedures and policies are upheld.
• Ensure that food quality is upheld.

Job Qualifications for the Restaurant District Manager:

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 2+ years of District Manager experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant. Drive thru experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 120+ team members.
• Strong analytical thinking; ability to read and train managers on financial reports.
• Coaching & training mentality.
