What You'll Do

• Own and grow a strategic territory with significant market potential.


• Develop strong relationships with collision centers, dealership body shops, MSOs, and insurance-related partners.


• Conduct in-person customer visits to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.


• Drive new business while expanding and retaining existing accounts.


• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and recommending impactful solutions.


• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnership growth.


• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve sales objectives.

What Makes You Successful

• Experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Territory Management.


• Background in Automotive Claims, Collision Repair, Insurance Services, Dealership Operations, or related industries.


• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influence outcomes.


• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.


• Willingness to travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

• Collision Repair Software or SaaS Solutions


• DRP Networks and MSO Relationships


• Insurance Claims Processes


• Estimating Systems such as CCC, Mitchell, or similar platforms


• Automotive Technology, Services, or B2B Solutions
