The Opportunity

We are seeking a builder-operator to lead and scale the supply chain and hardware operations function for a fast-growing Cybersecurity organization.

We need someone who has built, improved, and scaled supply chain capabilities, ideally within a scale-up, or high-growth business where processes, systems, teams, and vendor relationships were still evolving.

The role is hands-on and warehouse-based in Tampa, Florida, with responsibility spanning supply chain strategy, warehouse operations, QA/QC, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, workflows, and supplier networks to support continued hardware growth.


• Lead quality assurance and quality control across hardware assembly, configuration/imaging, testing, packaging, and shipment.


• Oversee day-to-day warehouse execution, including inventory management, ERP accuracy, assembly workflows, fulfillment, and operational efficiency.


• Hire, develop, and lead supply chain and warehouse professionals as the operation continues to scale.


• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, and logistics partners while ensuring reliable delivery and cost efficiency.


• Establish KPIs across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and QA/QC. Identify gaps and continuously improve processes as the business grows.


• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and other teams to ensure hardware specifications, quality standards, packaging, and customer requirements are consistently met.


• Ensure international shipments comply with applicable export regulations, trade requirements, and hardware-specific controls.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience across supply chain, hardware operations, logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations


• Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling a supply chain operation, rather than simply inheriting and maintaining an established function


• Strong background supporting physical hardware or technology products


• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, hardware assembly, testing, imaging/configuration, fulfillment, and QA/QC


• Experience building and managing supplier, manufacturing, logistics, and carrier relationships


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, inventory management, and demand planning


• Understanding of international logistics, export compliance, and global trade requirements


• Proven experience hiring and leading operational teams


• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred; MBA is an asset

The strongest candidate will have a builder mentality. You may have joined an organization when its hardware or supply chain operation was relatively small and helped turn it into a structured, scalable function.

You are equally comfortable developing the strategy and walking the warehouse floor to solve an inventory, quality, assembly, or fulfillment issue.
