Human Resources Generalist – Roseland, NJ

I'm currently recruiting for a new HR Generalist opportunity with a prestigious national law firm in Roseland, NJ.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with a Senior HR Manager across a broad range of HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in areas such as:

• Employee relations and HR support
• Recruiting and onboarding
• Benefits and HR administration
• HR policies and compliance
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems
• Supporting day-to-day HR initiatives and projects

We're looking for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid — Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in office

$90,000–$105,000
