We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Nashville, TN to support the day-to-day work behind our marketing activities. You'll help coordinate campaigns, prepare promotional materials, research audiences, and keep projects organized from the initial planning stages through to completion.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys a mix of creative and organizational work, communicates confidently, and wants to build practical experience in marketing.

What You'll Be Working On

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and campaign documents
• Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity
• Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines
• Coordinate information and updates between marketing and other internal teams
• Support the preparation of content for digital and print marketing materials
• Help organize promotional events and marketing initiatives
• Track campaign progress and maintain accurate project records
• Assist with collecting information and preparing basic marketing reports
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
• Follow up on outstanding tasks to help keep projects on schedule
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
