Candidates must be proficient in both <strong> scrubbing and monitoring</strong> during invasive cardiovascular procedures.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul> <li>Prepare equipment, supplies, and patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures</li> <li>Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI/STEMI cases, peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker procedures, and select interventional radiology procedures</li> <li>Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data accurately</li> <li>Provide procedural support to physicians before, during, and after procedures</li> <li>Assess and manage vascular access sites and promptly communicate findings to the physician</li> <li>Adhere to all Cath Lab call coverage and emergency response protocols</li> <li>Prepare and educate patients prior to procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort</li></ul><h4>Required Qualifications</h4><ul> <li>Current experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab</li> <li>Ability to independently scrub and monitor procedures</li> <li>Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RT), CVT, CVIS, or RCIS certification</li> <li>Current BLS and ACLS certifications</li> <li>Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience required</li> <li>Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and documentation</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul> <li>RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred</li> <li>Experience with STEMI and PCI procedures</li> <li>Peripheral vascular and electrophysiology/pacemaker procedure experience</li></ul><h4>Education</h4><ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li></ul><h4>#EH</h4><p><span dir="ltr">Future Communication Consent:</span></p><p><span dir="ltr">By applying, you are providing consent for Equiliem to engage with you via phone calls, AI-generated calls, AI-generated text messages, standard text messages, and/or emails to share job opportunities.
