Medical Assistant

FULL TIME- BENEFITS INCLUDED- PAY RANGE $20-$25

Role Description The Medical Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, FL, supporting physicians and clinical staff in delivering high-quality podiatric and vein care. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, taking patient histories and vital signs, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit. The role also involves managing patient flow, updating medical records, handling basic clinical documentation, and supporting front-office functions such as scheduling and check-in as needed. The Medical Assistant will follow clinical protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate closely with the care team to provide efficient, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Assisting skills, including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and assisting with in-office procedures.


• Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology relevant to podiatry, vein treatment, and general outpatient practice.


• Candidates should possess experience in a Medical Office setting, including coordination with front desk staff and basic administrative support.


• Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and clear communication with individuals of all ages.


• Candidates should possess ability to manage Medical Records, including accurate charting, EHR navigation, and maintaining confidentiality.


• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and relevant certification (e.g., CMA, RMA) preferred.


• Prior experience in podiatry, orthopedics, dermatology, or vein treatment settings is beneficial.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.


• Reliable attendance, willingness to follow clinical protocols, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
