Komplete Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of the branch.

This position reports to the Branch Manager and serves as the administrative gatekeeper for the branch, helping ensure information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The primary focus of this role is Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, employee onboarding, and daily branch support.

To Be Successful In This Position:

• 3+ years of business administration, accounting support, payroll, or related experience


• Experience with A/R, A/P, payroll, and onboarding


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to meet strict deadlines


• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office required


• Aspire experience helpful


• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus


• Self-motivated and team-oriented

General Duties Include:





• Manage branch Accounts Receivable, including billing, payment follow-up, and collections support


• Manage branch Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation


• Review and coordinate weekly payroll, including employee time and corrections


• Manage new employee onboarding and required documentation


• Serve as the branch administrative gatekeeper, ensuring information and approvals are complete before processing


• Assist employees and managers with daily administrative needs


• Process branch billing, including snow and ice services


• Manage subcontractor agreements and invoices


• Review and submit credit card receipts


• Support month-end accounting and branch reporting


• Assist with special projects as needed


• Work closely with Branch Management, Accounting, and HR to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
