We're looking for an experienced Senior Editor to support a high-profile healthcare communications team!

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys refining complex content, ensuring editorial accuracy, and managing the review and approval process for important publications and communications.

What You'll Do:

• Edit and proofread articles, reports, publications, website content, and leadership communications.


• Ensure consistency in grammar, tone, accuracy, and AP Style.


• Fact-check medical, technical, and policy-related information.


• Collaborate with writers, subject-matter experts, legal teams, and communications leadership.


• Manage editorial calendars, revisions, and approval workflows.


• Maintain editorial style guides and ensure consistency across communications.


• Review materials for accuracy, compliance, and readiness for publication.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional editing, copyediting, or technical writing experience.


• Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and AP Style skills.


• Strong fact-checking and source-verification experience.


• Background in healthcare communications, government, military public affairs, or another regulated environment.


• Knowledge of HIPAA and sensitive-information safeguards.


• Experience managing editorial projects and multiple stakeholders.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
