Grants Consultant

1mpact First is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with prior experience working for Big-4 management consulting firms. We work with public sector clients (primarily City and State agencies) utilizing smaller engagement teams. Our projects run the gamut ranging from business process analysis and redesign to current and future state operational assessments to project management for both business and technology transformations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Years of Experience: At least 4 years of experience with Big 4 management consulting firm


• Minimum Years of ERP Experience: At least 4 years of gathering requirements and use cases/ user stories


• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Advanced Degrees are desired

Prior experience must include projects involving:

• Current State Assessment, Requirements Gathering, Use Cases / User Stories Development, Future State Design, Roadmap Development, IT Strategy, IT Organization Design, Service Catalog Design, Application Alignment, Data Management Strategy, Process Maturity, Process and Tool Deployment

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of:

• Core management consulting skills with the ability to lead clients through the exercise of conducting baseline assessments, building a future state vision, and developing actionable implementation plans


• Experience with software / solution development in areas such as application development, system implementation, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)


• Preparing concise and accurate documentation


• Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner


• Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues, answering questions and offering direction to staff


• Program management, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to liaise with technical and business teams and clearly articulate technology concepts to business audiences, in order to drive projects to completion
