Project Manager | Wealth Management Platform Transformation

Aureon Consulting has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager to lead and support a large-scale wealth management platform transformation. This role will focus on the migration from Folio Dynamix/Envestnet to Charles River and will partner closely with advisors, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution for a major advisory platform transformation initiative.


• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across advisory, investment operations, compliance, and technology teams.


• Manage trading workflow, portfolio management, integration, and data conversion workstreams.


• Drive project governance, risk management, communication, and status reporting.


• Ensure successful delivery of technology and business process changes impacting wealth management operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven Project Management experience supporting advisory, wealth management, or investment management platforms.


• Strong understanding of advisor platforms, investment operations, trading workflows, portfolio management, and related technologies.


• Experience leading technology transformation, platform migration, or implementation projects.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Prior Charles River implementation experience is preferred but not required.

Location: Candidates must be willing to work from the Phoenix area office.
