About C3 Partners

C3 Partners is a CMS-qualified MIPS registry. Our platforms, MACRA Monitor and Lumina, show physician practices where their MIPS score and their Medicare reimbursement stand. Then we help them improve both through measure selection, quality coding, financial modeling, and direct submission to CMS.

Why billing companies

Billing and RCM companies already manage the Medicare revenue of hundreds of practices. A poor MIPS score can cost a practice up to 9% of its Medicare Part B payments. A strong score avoids that penalty and earns a positive adjustment. Yet most RCMs don’t offer quality reporting, which leaves a gap their clients feel and their competitors can fill.

Through C3, an RCM can add a high-value MIPS service without building expertise, software, or registry certification. C3 does the work, and the RCM strengthens client retention and adds a new revenue line.

When RCM leaders see a demo, they get it. The hard part is getting the meeting, and that’s where you come in.

The role

You open doors with billing and RCM company owners and executives who already know and respect you. You help us understand each company’s portfolio and goals, join early conversations where your presence adds credibility, and remain a trusted voice through the relationship. C3 handles the demo, partnership structure, onboarding, and service delivery.

You might be a fit if you are

• A current or former RCM or medical billing executive, owner, or senior sales leader


• A consultant, advisor, or vendor who has worked closely with billing companies for years


• Active in the billing community, such as HBMA or regional billing networks


• Someone whose introduction gets an RCM principal to say yes to a meeting

You don’t need to be a MIPS expert, and you don't need to "sell" or close. We bring the expertise, and you bring the credibility.

Compensation

Generous percentage of contract value on RCM partnerships you originate, including revenue from practices they bring onto C3, (optionally) plus renewals. This is an independent contract role that fits alongside your existing work.

Not a fit

We are not looking for cold outbound email, SEO, list-based prospecting, or appointment-setting agencies.

To apply

• Send a short note covering which billing and RCM companies you know at the owner or executive level, roughly how many introductions you could make in the next 90 days, and your background in the revenue cycle space. You should possess skills in Sales to identify opportunities, support deal structuring, and contribute to revenue targets through partner channels.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders at partner organizations.

• Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related services is highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
